Scott M. Dubowsky, Founding Partner
Scott Dubowsky has a diverse corporate practice focusing on corporate and securities law, including venture capital and private equity investments, secured financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings for both public and private issuers, and a variety of international business transactions.
Mr. Dubowsky began his career at Epstein, Becker & Green, P.C. where he was a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group. Following EBG, Scott was a senior partner with The Nelson Law Firm, LLC.
Mr. Dubowsky holds a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the Business Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Dubowsky has authored a number of articles and lectured on topics including mergers and acquisitions and federal securities laws.
Michele Schwartz, Corporate Paralegal
Michele Schwartz is a paralegal with significant corporate experience. Mrs. Schwartz assists with the formation of limited liability companies and partnerships, drafting meeting minutes and notices, assisting with compliance issues, conducting research, investigating facts and organizing and archiving documents related to completed and ongoing corporate matters.
